Dynamic Team Assistant / Work Scheduler

Brown & Son Plumbing is a family-owned progressive trade business that performs well above its weight in the industry.

We need a smart, confident, self-aware people person to become part of our team. Our core driver is we value the ability to deliver ‘WOW’ through exceptional service.

Your typical day will include;

  • assisting the team to get more out of their day,
  • responding to customers’ inquiries, both by phone and via email,
  • Providing administration support and data processing,
  • and helping the team to get ‘things’ done.

If you’re a person with an optimistic attitude, flexibility and can embrace responsibility we’re on the same page! We know that personal Integrity is as important to you as it is to us.

Of course, it goes without saying that you’ll have a strong eye for detail with good communication and organisational skills.

We are a plumbing company so we need you to be confident working with contracts and agreements. You don’t need to be a lawyer but if you have trouble checking the details in the paperwork then this isn’t the role for you.

Experienced & Skilled Plumbers Needed

This means you’ll be a talented tradie with a broader knowledge and skill base in residential and commercial building methods. Plus, you’ll be easy to get along with – so you’re generally happy and willing to work. 

We’re searching for someone who is ‘switched on’ and takes an enormous amount of pride in the work they do. It’s also second nature for you to treat a customer’s home like your own…with respect.

We’re a family business doing a lot of great work renovating homes, and because of our reputation for excellence, we’re getting really busy. That’s why we need a talented plumber, who can do more than just plumbing. We figure you’ll enjoy some variety in the work you do too. If you like getting involved in doing more than just plumbing we’d like to speak with you.

  • You have above-average plumbing skills 
  • Your attention to detail will be a part of your DNA.
  • You’re well organised and can work without making a huge mess.

  • And… you’re good at following procedures and getting things done right the first time.
