Our end of year message to you
The end of the year is near, and it's a great time to reflect on the year that was and look forward to the new year with an ongoing positive outlook.
The year 2023 has been an enjoyable one for us at Brown and Son Plumbing. We have made many great relationships with many new high-quality customers and suppliers. We have also built on and developed existing relationships, gaining further trust with businesses where our input and workmanship are valued. Ultimately, this has led to referrals from these customers to other like-minded, high-quality companies. It has been an exciting year. All of this has been made possible by the people around us, our team, working with us to make Brown and Son Plumbing a company of choice. With our strong team driven by our core values, this positive growth and quality word-of-mouth referrals were made possible.
This year, many of our team members have taken on more and more responsibilities, in and out of the office, which has allowed us to grow. With them now actively out in the field meeting with new and existing customers, quoting for the work, and then project managing the jobs, we have grown our business organically in such a positive, sustainable manner, which I am very proud of.
Two new up-and-coming, high-quality individuals approached us to work for Brown and Son Plumbing this year. They have come from another company to work for our team. They enjoy their new, encouraging work environment and I am very proud to have such high calibre Plumbers coming to work for us, having heard about our business. Their arrival is a testament to the positive and encouraging work environment we've cultivated, making our company an attractive choice in the industry.
I want to thank all of our suppliers for your ongoing and unwavering support. Without you, it would be tough—your commitment to getting what we need when we need it has been outstanding. We have been lucky enough to be invited to some fantastic industry events this year, and it has been fun getting out and networking with you.
As I look back on the accomplishments of 2023, I eagerly anticipate the new year 2024 with optimism and excitement. We remain dedicated to sustaining the standards of excellence that characterize Brown and Son Plumbing. We are grateful to each team member for their invaluable contributions. I also want to express sincere thanks to our esteemed customers. Your trust and partnership have played a pivotal role in our success.
